POLICIES
Thank you all for choosing us! We are very aware of TIME. The one thing more precious that we can’t get back is time and while we as professionals do our very best to accommodate our guests, we’re going a step further to make sure that each guest will receive the best quality service possible in the allotted time given. To ensure you have a great experience with us we would like to go over our salon policies.
LATE POLICY
We understand that situations arise from time to time that will delay the time of your appointment, however, we have a 15 minute grace period.
Arriving after 15 minutes, you’ll be asked to reschedule for a different day OR the stylist at her/his discretion will accommodate a portion of the scheduled service(s) depending on the remaining time and her/his scheduled day.
This is to ensure the next guest will receive her/his best experience and the stylist can stay on time without disrupting her/his schedule.
CANCELLATIONS
- Please keep in mind we have a 72 hour cancellation policy.
- Less than 72 hours, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the services booked.
- Same day cancellations will result in a loss of the paid deposit.
- No call, No shows will be billed for 100% of the service, will no longer be able to schedule online and will require full prepayment of services before rescheduling.
COVID RELATED CANCELLATIONS
- Our new policies for Covid_19 are to protect our team and the business as a whole. They are as follows:

- The day you take a Covid_19 test because you suspect you may be infected, please call/email/text us and give us notice. We can reschedule your appointment without any issues on your return provided you’ve tested negative OR you’ve tested positive, quarantined and have been cleared by a negative test.
- Same Day Cancellations will result in a loss of the paid deposit. When a guest doesn’t feel well on the day of service and chooses to cancel, our Same Day Cancellation policy still applies. The ability for the stylists to fill the time so last minute is typically not possible which is why this policy is in place.
SAME DAY CHANGED SERVICE
Appointments changed or rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service(s) that was initially booked.
DEPOSITS
As part of the booking process ManelyAmbienceStudio requires a 50% non refundable deposit of the booked services in order to secure your appointment time. This deposit will be applied to your services upon completion.
When a guest cancels far in advance of the cancellation policy, the deposit can be refunded if the guest calls the salon and makes the request. Refunds are not automatic. For any questions please email contactmarissa@manelyambiencestudio.com or give us a call 469.866.3099.
GUARANTEE SERVICES
As an education based & focused salon studio the utmost importance is placed on the healthiest process and results. We use only the highest quality hair coloring/lightening products and tools. We are consistently evolving through high quality independent education and value our work. That being said, if at any point a client is not happy with their results we always prefer and want feedback. Communication is key to building trust in a stylist/client relationship and that’s what we’re all about. We want you all to be happy of course but above all we want to make sure the integrity and health of the hair is top priority. And sometimes that means several sessions are necessary.
We want you to truly love the hair you wear after receiving a service with us. If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule to have your hair tweaked/corrected. Any issues that arise after 5 days from your initial appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
CHILDREN
We love children, but unfortunately cannot accommodate them unless they are receiving a service. Children must not be left unattended anywhere in the salon studio . Unfortunately if you have a color service and if your child can’t get picked up ,we will have to reschedule for a different day. We want to ensure your child is safe at all times.
